These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lovepawpals website, customer account features, communications, and purchasing services.
By accessing our website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here. Please discontinue use of the website if you do not agree.
1. About Lovepawpals
Lovepawpals provides quality pet essentials to customers in the United States only.
Our website is hosted through Shopify. Purchases made through the website are transactions directly between the customer and Lovepawpals.
2. Customer Eligibility and Account Information
You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase in your state.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current account, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and reporting suspected unauthorized account activity promptly.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, prices, features, and availability accurately.
Actual appearance may differ slightly because of screen settings, photography lighting, packaging changes, or normal manufacturing variations. Products must be used according to the instructions, warnings, sizing guidance, and intended purpose provided.
4. Order Submission and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee final acceptance.
An order is accepted after payment authorization, inventory confirmation, address review, and any necessary security checks.
We may decline or cancel an order because of:
• Failed, incomplete, or unauthorized payment
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Product unavailability
• Missing or undeliverable address information
• Violation of these Terms or another Lovepawpals policy
If Lovepawpals cancels a paid order, the refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of cancellation approval.
5. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Payments
All product prices and transactions are stated in U.S. dollars.
Any applicable tax and the $4.99 Standard Shipping charge are displayed before checkout is completed.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable order charges.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Lovepawpals ships to all 50 U.S. states. Standard Shipping costs $4.99 per order, with no minimum purchase requirement or additional condition.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Transit time: 4–5 business days
• Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are not business days.
Orders may be delivered through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery.
Lovepawpals provides a free prepaid label for every approved return, including change-of-mind returns. Customers pay $0 for approved return shipping, and no restocking fee applies.
Every approved return refund includes the eligible product amount and the original $4.99 Standard Shipping charge.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Review our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility requirements and instructions.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Submit an order-change or cancellation request as soon as possible.
We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing or shipment has started.
Approved cancellation refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Complete requirements are provided in our Order Cancellation Policy.
9. Permitted Website Use
The Lovepawpals website may be used only for lawful personal shopping and communication with our business.
You may not:
• Enter another person’s account without permission
• Provide false, deceptive, or fraudulent information
• Use an unauthorized payment method
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology
• Disrupt website, checkout, payment, or security functions
• Scrape, copy, resell, or commercially exploit website content without permission
• Use our website to violate a law or another person’s rights
We may restrict website access, close accounts, or cancel orders connected to prohibited activity.
10. Reviews and Customer Content
Reviews and other content submitted to Lovepawpals must be truthful, lawful, and based on a genuine experience.
You give Lovepawpals permission to display and use submitted content in connection with our website, customer communications, and marketing.
We do not prohibit or penalize honest customer reviews. We may remove content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, infringing, unrelated, contains another person’s private information, or violates these Terms.

Independent providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Lovepawpals is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our ownership or reasonable control.

Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, inventory status, shipping details, or other website information may occasionally contain an error.
We may correct inaccurate information and cancel an affected order. When a material error affects a paid order, we will provide an appropriate correction, cancellation, or refund.
14. Website Availability
We work to keep the website accessible and functioning properly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.
Website access may occasionally be limited by maintenance, technical problems, provider outages, security concerns, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovepawpals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from website interruptions, unauthorized misuse, improper product use, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Lovepawpals’ total liability arising from an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right, remedy, warranty, or protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
